TRANSFORMATION, if you understand what it means then you have already stepped into the process of the BIG CHANGE. In the 21st century, not only the people facing camera wish to be fit, muscular or attractive but it’s a major population that has joined the fitness drive. Thanks to the internet, without which may be you wouldn’t have been serious and curious about fitness.
This story is about ROBIN JOHN and his journey to the big change. Robin is not only our inspiration but also the proprietor of FUERZA – The Fitness Squad. He loves movies and there are two reasons why I’m saying this, because just like movies he also produced a new sequel of himself, and besides that, his inspiration in this journey has been Aamir Khan.
We all or at least most of us have seen the movie Dangal, but Robin decided to do a remake for himself. When we asked him what inspired him to change himself, he said, “When I saw the movie Dangal, Aamir Khan’s transition inspired me to show to the world that such transformations are indeed possible.” So looks like we’ve always had it wrong, what celebrities can do every common man can only with a cup of determination to drink.
While filming your own transformation story there are many directorial steps you have to undergo. Therefore, Robin went through a strict FOLLOW THE RULE PATH. It was the 2nd Jan 2017, putting behind all the bad eating habits and the festive sweet tooth, he began his journey. He started his fitness training with a combination of cardio and strengthening.
WORK OUT, is that all that it takes for changing your entire self? Well, the answer is a BIG NO. Robin followed a particular eating pattern, he split his meal to 6 times a day. He balanced it with a perfect portion of proteins, carbohydrates, and fat. “Anyone can workout, but the most challenging part is to stick to your diet,” says the man himself.
In between the race to the fitness mountain, Robin also grabbed some moments of cheating and relaxation. He sometimes cheated his routine to taste his favorite biriyani, only to relish the taste to fight against OATS, his disliked ingredient on the diet chart. The easy formula he followed with his diet was homemade chapatis, chicken & eggs.
After workout and diet, we still have one more cast in the film, and that is a supplementary product. Robin accompanied his routine with WHEY PROTEIN, BCAA & MULTIVITAMINS.
Robin likes to call himself lucky for not having suffered any injuries while intense workouts. Now is that LUCK, no it’s because he never failed to warm up before workout and stretch after his training. His love for Cardio made him run the treadmill and that pushed his resistance levels as well.
Though he has hit his goal, he still continues to work out because he is now addicted to his fitness and wishes to inspire all those who see him.
His advice to all those who wish to make their own transformation story is, “Be consistent, most of the time we lose hope after a month or so. Stick to your basic routine. Go slow rather than not moving at all.”
